Refund PolicyAt Pink Pineapple we want you to be delighted with the products that you purchase from us however should you wish to return an item please follow the directions below:-
Cancelling an order/ Returning an order/ Exchanging an itemIf you change your mind you may cancel your order within 7 days of your initial order or within 7 days of receipt of goods (whichever is longer). If you are returning an item to us after it has been delivered you must ensure that the item is returned to us un-used and in its original condition. Prior to returning an item, please email email@example.com explaining that you wish to return an item and your reason for doing so - we will then provide you with a returns reference number (please include this when returning). If returning an item you must pay for postage costs. If the item is expensive we would recommend using recorded mail. Please note the goods will remain your responsibility until signed for at the returns address.

After receipt of non-faulty goods we will arrange for refund within 30 days. Where a product needs to be exchanged for a different size please follow the above procedure, subsequent postage will be chargeable to the customer.
Return of faulty goods:
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and fault, within 2 days of date of delivery. We will provide you with a returns reference number and ask you to post the item to our returns address provided above along with proof of any reasonable postage costs incurred in returning the item. After receipt of the faulty item we will replace or refund the item and any reasonable postage costs incurred (subject to proof of postage being provided).
